Maple Pancakes

Contains 7x 50g sachets (one sachet = one portion)

Directions
Add the contents of the sachets to 90-100mls of cold water, whisk to mix and leave the batter to stand for 5 minutes. Place a non-stick frying pan on the heat and coat with 1kcal spray. Place a ladle of the pancake mixture into the pan and cook until golden brown, flip over to cook the other side. Ensure product is cooked and piping hot throughout.
