Directions for use
Prepare in a shaker (Acti-Shaker): Add the contents of the sachet to 10.5fl oz/310mls of cold water. Shake well to mix.
For a creamier and thicker shake texture, substitute half of the water amount for ice cubes and use an electric blender to blend until smooth.
