Your kit contains 250ml Hydra-Slim and 7 ActiDiet High Protein Low Calorie Shakes
During your shred you should mix 20ml with 500ml of still water. Tip: Try to sip your water throughout the day if you can, rather than having it in big gulps. Sipping makes things more comfortable and also keeps your body’s water levels consistent which is important for flushing toxins and waste.. ︎ You can add sugar free cordials if you prefer to change the taste.︎
After your shred you should mix 10ml with 500ml of water then sip it throughout the course of ︎ the day until the bottle is finished. This will stabilize your results.︎
Your kit also contains 7 ActiDiet Shakes ︎ During your shred you should replace 1 meal a day with an ActiDiet Shake. A typical ︎ day would involve: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. You choose which one to replace. ︎ The meals which are not replaced should be high protein, low fat & low carbohydrate︎ cooked in a healthy way such as grilling, poaching or boiling. Your total daily calorie target should︎ Be between 800 and 900 calories. (See food suggestions).︎
Other guidelines to success:︎ In addition to your 500ml of water mixed with Hydra-Slim you should drink 2 litres of still water. This can︎ be in decaffeinated tea, coffee or other drinks. You can have caffeinated drinks but you should not︎ include them in you calculation, they are an addition.︎
When Getting Started it is likely that in the first few days of the diet you may feel hungry or tempted to snack. If you are struggling during this period, some useful tips are:
Keep up your fluid intake - Thirst can often be mistaken for hunger. Plan ahead, keep a busy schedule, keeping your mind off food stops you feeling hungry. If you think about it, on busy days we often forget to eat simply because we aren’t. Eat lean white meat or fish, boiled or grilled vegetables and fruit. You can even blend the fruit with your shake!
In your Shred Kit you will have 7 shakes in the flavour you chose, these need to be mixed with water, mix with approx 250ml of water, if you don’t like the thickness, you can add more or less water to your taste.
You will also have a 250ml bottle of Hydraslim, during the Shred you should mix 20ml of Hydraslim to a minimum of 500ml of water. (TIP try to sip your Hydraslim throughout the day if you can, rather than having it in big gulps. Hydraslim is also a natural hunger suppressant.). Make sure you keep your Hydraslim in the fridge once opened. If you do not like the taste of the Hydraslim, you can add sugar free squash/cordial. Lots of people choose to have a 100 calorie breakfast, shake for lunch, and 500 calorie dinner, with the remaining calories used for healthy snacks, if this works for you too, that’s great.
